My husband loves the Raspberry Jalapeño Jam. For close to two decades, I have been buying the equivalent of a case a year for him (1 jar a month).
So imagine my surprise and disappointment to see the changes (5 oz. less and for almost the same price ). Then to see on this page where you tout your “ 15 oz. jars compared to their 9-11 oz. jars”. Except for the number of ingredients, YOU have become THEM?!

I love the Raven’s Nest Jalapeño jams and bought them instead of regular jams however since the company decided to reduce the size from 20 ounces to 15 ounces and charge the same price I will not be buying their product in the future.

Hi Wesley, thank you for your feedback! We didn’t reduce the size to maintain the same price but rather to offer a more affordable option. With rising costs of fruits, sugar, and glass, the price for our original size would have increased significantly. By reducing the jar size, we’ve been able to keep our product accessible without compromising quality.

This change also lowers shipping costs due to the lighter weight. We’re proud to offer some of the best prices per ounce compared to other jams—while many are 9-11 ounces at a similar price, ours are 15 ounces. We truly appreciate your support and understanding!

The best jelly ever
