Mahjong nights have quickly become one of our favorite ways to gather with friends. They're the perfect mix of friendly competition, conversation, and an excuse to enjoy great food and drinks together.
The secret to hosting a memorable game night? Keep the menu simple. Choose recipes that can be made ahead of time, are easy to snack on between turns, and don't require guests to put down their tiles for long.
Whether you're hosting a monthly Mahjong club or inviting friends over for the first time, these recipes are sure to be a winning hand.
Shake Up a Signature Margarita
No Mahjong night is complete without something festive to sip. Instead of stocking a full bar, choose one signature cocktail or prepare a pitcher ahead of time.
One of our favorite ways to elevate cocktails is by turning our jams into flavorful simple syrups. Simply combine equal parts jam and water, bring to a slow boil, then strain. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward syrup with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of heat. You can also shake a spoonful of jam directly into your favorite cocktail or mocktail for an easy twist.
Be sure to offer sparkling water, citrus slices, and a refreshing mocktail so everyone has something festive to enjoy.

My pantry is stocked with just about everything you offer. What I want to say is…your mom started the most wonderful delicious products. I remember her well. I’m telling my age because it was a little shop in Hoover. I’ve been shopping with you & buying everywhere all over the Birmingham area for years. I last enjoyed shopping with you girls at the Junior League event. Don’t you girls ever let this business fade away.
