Autumn White Wine Sangria
Cozy, crisp, and full of fall flavor, this Autumn White Wine Sangria is made with Sauvignon Blanc, apple cider, bourbon, fresh seasonal fruit, and Raven’s Nest Mulling Spices. Bright citrus and warm spices come together for a festive drink that’s perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings, dinner parties, Halloween entertaining, or a cozy evening at home.

Ingredients
For the Sangria
- 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup apple juice or fresh-pressed apple cider
- 3 oz. bourbon (optional, but adds a cozy warmth)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1–2 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise pod
- 1–2 tablespoons Raven’s Nest Gourmet Mulling Spices, adjusted to taste
To Serve
- Orange juice, for rimming glasses

- Ice
- Sparkling water or Prosecco (optional)
- Orange wheels, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise, for garnish
Instructions
1. Make the Sangria
In a large pitcher, combine the Sauvignon Blanc, apple juice or cider, and bourbon, if using.
Add the sliced orange, apples, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and Raven’s Nest Mulling Spices. Stir gently to combine.
2. Let the Flavors Come Together
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the fruit and mulling spices to infuse the sangria.
For an even deeper fall flavor, let it chill overnight.
3. Prepare the Glasses
Before serving, run an orange wedge
