Bourbon Spice Cocktail

Serves 8

• 16 oz apple juice
• 4 tsp Raven's Original Mulling Spice mix
• Star Anise
• 12 ounces Bourbon

1. Combine apple juice and mulling spices. Stir well to combine.
2. Pour mixture into an 8 compartment 2” ice cube tray, dividing evenly. '
3. Add star anise to the top of each compartment.
4. Freeze until firm.
5. To make one cocktail: Add one apple spiced ice cube to an old fashioned glass. Top with 1.5 ounces of your favorite bourbon. Sip and enjoy!
