Charred Corn Salad
- 1 15 oz can of corn
- 1 TBSP Raven's Nest Garden Party Mix
- 2 TBSP Duke's Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1/2 large red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Toss corn in skillet over medium-high heat until lightly charred. Remove from heat and transfer to medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix/toss until combined. This dish is great served warm, or refrigerate and serve cold!
