Garden Party Layered Salad
For Dressing:
- 1 Packet Raven's Nest Garden Party Mix
- 1 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
For Salad:
- Butter Lettuce
- Tomato
- Colored bell pepper
- Frozen peas
- Chopped white mushrooms
- Cucumber
- Corn
- Red onion
- Hard boiled egg
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Chopped Bacon
- Chopped scallion
NOTE: The above salad ingredients are just suggestions. Mix + match until you find your favorite combination!
In small mixing bowl, combine Garden Party Mix, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice until well blended. Set aside.
Layer all desired salad ingredients in trifle bowl, lettuce on bottom. Top with Garden Party Mixture, cheese, bacon and scallions.
