Mini Blackberry Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ½ cup brown sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup Raven’s Blackberry Jalapeno Jam⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ingredients for Frosting⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 2oz cream cheese, softened⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 7 tbsp butter, softened ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ¼ tsp salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw Puff Pastry for 30 minutes before using⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine cinnamon and sugar, set aside⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  3. Place one sheet of thawed puff pastry on floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll pastry into a rectangle 10-12 inches long. Spread softened butter on the prepared puff pastry, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and spread Raven’s Blackberry Jalapeno Jam on top, leaving about half an inch around the edges of the pastry.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  4. Starting from the long side, roll filled pastry up as tightly as possible. Transfer the whole roll to a sheet pan and place in the freezer to chill for 15 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  5. Grease 8x8 baking dish ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  6. Once the dough has chilled for 15 minutes, slice into 1 inch pieces. Place in baking dish. They'll squish together tight while baking! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For Frosting: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- In small mixing bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese with an electric hand or stand mixer. Stir in vanilla and milk. Once combined, mix in salt and powdered sugar until mixture is creamy and smooth. Spread generously over cinnamon rolls
