Spiced Cider Pecans
Spiced Cider Pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 pound pecan halves (approx 4 cups)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Raven's Nest Mulling Spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and lightly grease a rimmed cookie sheet.
Put pecan halves in a large bowl and the egg white in a small bowl. Beat the egg white with a whisk or fork until foamy. Pour egg over the pecans. Stir gently until the pecans are well coated.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, Raven's Nest Mulling Spices, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle mixture over the pecans and stir gently until coated.
Spread pecans on the cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so they toast evenly.
Cool completely, then store in an airtight container, or transfer into jars or bags for holiday gifting!
