Spiced Cider Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 pound pecan halves (approx 4 cups)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Raven's Nest Mulling Spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and lightly grease a rimmed cookie sheet.
- Put pecan halves in a large bowl and the egg white in a small bowl. Beat the egg white with a whisk or fork until foamy. Pour egg over the pecans. Stir gently until the pecans are well coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, Raven's Nest Mulling Spices, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle mixture over the pecans and stir gently until coated.
- Spread pecans on the cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so they toast evenly.
- Cool completely, then store in an airtight container, or transfer into jars or bags for holiday gifting!
Yield = 4 cups
