Place Raven’s Blackberry Jalapeno Jam and honey into a small saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook until mixture achieves a syrupy texture.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle one lemon wedge, two mint leaves and 2 ounces of Dixie Vodka. Add blackberry syrup and muddle further. Top with ginger beer, and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint leaf and lemon peel, then enjoy!
